In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Plugin, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Company’s total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Plugin and/or the amount paid by you for the two paid versions of the Plugin.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Plugin or violation of this Agreement.
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice of such changes, which may include posting an updated version on our website or notifying you that an update of the Plugin has been created and asking you to update your version of the Plugin. Your continued use of the Plugin after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Agreement.
